Ecoloh is a public provincial institution responsible for managing and promoting the developed Oued El Harrach for the Algiers province.
Created with the goal of managing and maintaining the Oued El Harrach stream and its facilities, while preserving ecological and biological diversity and enhancing recreational, educational, and research activities.
